Creating a luckpot account is quick and straightforward. Visit the luckpot website and click the registration button on the homepage. Fill in your full name, email address, mobile number, and preferred password. You'll receive a one-time PIN (OTP) on your registered mobile number to verify your identity. Once verified, your luckpot account is active and ready to use.

The minimum legal age to play on luckpot is 21 years old, in accordance with Philippine gaming regulations. Underage gambling is strictly prohibited. luckpot performs mandatory KYC (Know Your Customer) verification on all accounts, and any account found to belong to a player under 21 will be immediately closed.

Accepted IDs include: Philippine Passport, Driver's License, SSS ID, PhilHealth ID, UMID, Postal ID, Voter's ID, and PRC ID. You'll need to upload a clear photo of the front and back of your ID, plus a selfie holding the ID. Verification typically takes 24–48 hours on business days.

No. luckpot strictly enforces a one-account-per-player policy. Creating multiple accounts is a violation of our Terms & Conditions and may result in all associated accounts being permanently suspended and any winnings being forfeited. If you've forgotten your login details, use the password reset function on the luckpot Login page.

Go to the luckpot Login page and click "Forgot Password." Enter the email address linked to your account and we'll send you a password reset link. The link is valid for 30 minutes. If you don't receive the email, check your spam folder or contact our 24/7 support team for assistance.
Deposits & Payments

luckpot supports the most popular payment methods available to Filipino players: GCash, PayMaya / Maya, bank transfer (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank), and debit card. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (₱). Note that credit card deposits and cryptocurrency are not accepted on luckpot.

The minimum deposit on luckpot is ₱100 for GCash and Maya transactions. For bank transfers, the minimum is ₱200 due to processing fees charged by the banks. There is no maximum single deposit limit, though your account's responsible gaming deposit limits (if set) will apply.

GCash and Maya deposits are credited to your luckpot account instantly in most cases. Bank transfers typically take 15–30 minutes during banking hours (8 AM–5 PM on weekdays). Transfers made on weekends or Philippine public holidays may take until the next business day. If your deposit hasn't reflected after 2 hours, contact our support team with your transaction reference number.

All payment processing is handled through licensed and regulated payment gateways. Your funds are held in segregated accounts separate from luckpot's operational funds, ensuring your balance is protected at all times.
Withdrawals & Cashouts

Log in to your luckpot account and navigate to the Cashier section. Select "Withdraw," choose your preferred withdrawal method (GCash, Maya, or bank transfer), enter the amount, and confirm. Make sure your KYC verification is complete before requesting a withdrawal — unverified accounts cannot process cashouts.

GCash and Maya withdrawals are typically processed within 1–4 hours. Bank transfers to BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, and other Philippine banks are processed within 1–3 business days. Withdrawals requested on weekends or public holidays are queued and processed on the next business day. The minimum withdrawal amount is ₱200.

Common reasons for a declined withdrawal include: incomplete KYC verification, unmet bonus wagering requirements, a mismatch between your account name and the registered payment account name, or a pending security review. If your withdrawal was declined, you'll receive an email explaining the reason. Contact our support team if you need further clarification.

However, forfeiting a bonus will also remove any bonus-derived winnings that haven't yet met the wagering requirements. Your real-money balance is not affected. Log in to your luckpot account, go to Account Settings, and open the Responsible Gaming tab. From there you can set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits and loss limits. Self-exclusion is a tool that temporarily or permanently suspends your luckpot account. Options include 6 months, 1 year, 3 years, or permanent exclusion. Once activated, you cannot log in, deposit, or play for the chosen duration — and the exclusion cannot be reversed early under any circumstances.
